Job description

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive incoming shipments and verify materials against packing slips and purchase orders

  • Prepare and package outgoing equipment, parts, and materials for shipment

  • Load and unload materials from delivery trucks using appropriate equipment

  • Organize and maintain warehouse inventory to ensure materials are properly stored and easy to locate

  • Coordinate shipments with carriers and assist with scheduling pickups and deliveries

  • Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts and inventory tracking

  • Pull and stage materials for fabrication and production teams as needed

  • Ensure shipping documentation and labels are accurate and complete

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment

  • Follow company safety procedures and warehouse best practices

Qualifications
  • Previous experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse operations, or material handling preferred

  • Basic computer skills for shipment tracking and inventory systems

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Ability to work independently and support team operations

  • Experience operating forklifts or pallet jacks is a plus

  • Valid driver's license preferred
