Job description

KS Staffing Group is currently hiring a Shipping/Receiving Associates for a distribution warehouse in Jersey Village. This position involves handling incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining accurate inventory records, and supporting daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment.

We are looking for dependable, detail-oriented individuals who take pride in accuracy, organization, and teamwork. If you have warehouse experience and strong computer skills, this could be a great opportunity for you.

Jersey Village, TX 77064

1st Shift: $19 per hour With Pay increase
Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Responsibilities

  • Process incoming and outgoing shipments accurately and efficiently
  • Verify shipment contents against purchase orders and packing slips
  • Prepare shipping documents, labels, and inventory records
  • Coordinate with warehouse staff, carriers, and drivers regarding shipments
  • Maintain accurate inventory and receiving logs in company systems
  • Inspect shipments for damages and report discrepancies to supervisors
  • Organize and maintain shipping and receiving areas
  • Follow all company safety policies and warehouse procedures

Requirements

  • Previous shipping/receiving or warehouse experience preferred
  • Strong computer and data entry skills required
  • Experience with warehouse management systems or RF scanners is a plus
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a team environment
  • Stand up forklift experience
  • Bilingual is a plus
