Job description

As a Receiving Coordinator, you are an essential worker, responsible for processing inbound goods. They are tasked with receiving all factory materials, verifying the quantities delivered, and recording goods receipts in our inventory management system. They ensure that the materials received match the delivery paperwork and meet our high material quality standards. The Receiving Coordinator is responsible for working closely with the purchasing department to schedule deliveries effectively, promoting smooth product flow. The coordinator ensures all applicable records are completed, filed, and audit-ready.
As a Shipping Coordinator, you are responsible for ensuring outbound product is properly staged, accounted for, loaded, and goods-issued against the correct order. They will also inspect all arriving trailers to ensure they meet our strict quality standards for shipping our products. The shipping coordinator is responsible for maintaining all outbound paperwork and prepared for audit inspection at all times.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Recording inbound/outbound deliveries within the ERP system
• Responsible for filing all paperwork in a manner that supports FDA compliance and audit preparedness at all times.
• Completion of STO via ERP for inbound/outbound shipments
• Receiving of POs for direct and 3PL shipments
• Live inspection of all inbound/outbound pallets, verification of COAs, and proper labeling of pallets.
• Handling inbound and outbound paperwork, including documentation requirements by the 3PL Warehouse.
• The Shipping and Receiving Coordinator will support warehouse operations by verifying product quantities and applying material labels to all correctly received materials, ensuring finished goods have correct labels, and making corrections as necessary
• Coordination of dock appointments for all site inbound and outbound activities and entering them onto the warehouse appointment calendar
• Interaction with procurement, quality, and warehouse departments
• Report generation within the ERP system to maintain accurate stock and inventory numbers, as well as ensuring proper transactions.
• All other tasks assigned by management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The following list that follows is representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required:
• Valid driver's license.
• Operator will be expected to successfully obtain their equipment operator license for forklifts and pallet jacks within 30 days of hire
• Ability to learn all applicable SAP transactions within 30 days
• Understanding of dispatch issues and procedures.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, procedure manuals, and inter-company memos/outside correspondence.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
• High School Diploma
• Experience with ERP/WMS programs. MS Office.
• Min. 1 year experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
