Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Shipping, Receiving & Driver to support daily operations. This role is responsible for picking up and delivering product, preparing shipments, receiving materials, and maintaining an organized work environment. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong communication skills and attention to detail.

General Responsibilities

  • Prepare and package finished goods according to company and regulatory standards
  • Label shipments accurately with all necessary documentation and tracking information.
  • Coordinate with carriers and logistics providers to schedule pickups and deliveries.
  • Pick up and deliver product using a company vehicle
  • Maintain detailed shipping records and update inventory management systems.
  • Inspect outgoing shipments for quality assurance and compliance with safety protocols.
  • Receive, inspect, and manage incoming materials
  • Communicate effectively with warehouse, production, and customer service teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Identify and resolve any issues related to shipping delays, damaged goods, or documentation errors.
  • Operate a forklift and wave lift safely
  • Maintain inventory of shipping and warehouse supplies
  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
  • Perform additional duties as needed

Job Requirements:

  • Valid CA Drivers’ License and maintain a good driving record.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently
  • Good communication skills
  • Basic to good computer skills
  • Experience in a shipping or warehouse environment, preferably within manufacturing.
  • Basic knowledge of shipping procedures and documentation.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
