Job description

The Shipping Operations team is just getting started at CloudTrucks! Our customers need materials to get on the road fast and this team is crucial to ensuring our customers don't miss a beat on the road.
As the Shipping Operation Coordinator you will standup & oversee the entire process of managing & ordering inventory, building & shipping packages and processing returns. All while being a part of creating a centralized team to support Sales, Operations, Customer Success & Safety.
You will be required to be in-office full-time in our Dallas office.
Key Responsibilities & Tasks
  1. Execute on daily order fulfillment activities, including order processing, picking, packing, and shipping preparation for overnight delivery
  2. Inventory Management - restock, organize, and forecast demand to meet our growth projections
  3. Manage relationships with shipping partners, vendors & suppliers
  4. Identify ways to centralize shipping across the company & streamline order fulfillment through collaboration with business stakeholders and internal teams
  5. Develop Standard Operating Procedures for the Shipping Operations & Fulfillment team as our company grow
  6. Maintain high quality assurance accuracy and drive NPS & CSAT scores of customers coming out of onboarding (yes! our shipping process is vital to the growth of our business!)

Qualifications
  1. 2+ years experience in Consulting, Project Management - Logistics Operations & Supply Chain experience a plus
  2. Self-proclaimed problem solver & builder - you are willing to roll up your sleeves and think in systems
  3. Self-sufficient & resourceful - you have a proven track record of meeting and excelling on your KPIs
  4. Bonus! Worked with agencies or BPOs
  5. Strong written & oral communication
  6. Experience with Google Suite - Salesforce a plus
