  • Ensure trailers and outbound shipments are properly staged, loaded, documented, and secured.
  • Partner with transportation, inventory, receiving, customer service, and management teams to resolve operational issues.
  • Monitor productivity, order accuracy, labor utilization, damage, and other key performance indicators.
  • Ensure all employees follow company safety policies and proper material-handling procedures.
  • Conduct safety inspections and immediately address unsafe conditions or behaviors.
  • Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and ready for the next shift.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active warehouse environment.
  • Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays when business needs require.

Schedule - Third Shift / Overnight 11 PM - 7:30 AM

The successful candidate must be comfortable working overnight hours and maintaining consistent attendance. Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays may be required based on distribution volume and customer demand.
