Job Summary
The Shipping Clerk is responsible for preparing, processing, and tracking outgoing shipments of aircraft parts and materials. This role ensures all shipments are accurate, compliant, and delivered on time to support our aviation operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and process outgoing shipments accurately and efficiently
  • Pack, label, and weigh packages according to shipping requirements
  • Generate shipping labels using FedEx, UPS, and DHL systems
  • Prepare shipping documentation (BOLs, packing slips, commercial invoices)
  • Verify shipment details to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Track shipments and provide status updates to internal teams
  • Maintain organized shipping records and documentation
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order fulfillment
  • Report any shipping discrepancies or delays

Qualifications

  • 1+ year of shipping/receiving experience (aviation experience preferred)
  • Basic computer and data entry skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
