Shipping/Receiving Helper Kitting Dept.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're seeking a Shipping/Receiving Helper in the Kitting Department to support safe, efficient material handling and equipment operation while maintaining cleanliness and compliance standards across the production environment.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Follow safety, food safety, quality, and legal compliance requirements at all times .
  • Perform work in accordance with environmental, health, and safety standards, rules, regulations, and facility practices.
  • Complete required training and certifications needed to qualify for the role.
  • Work in liquid products production rooms or other assigned areas as needed.
  • Document completed work as required by the supervisor.
  • Maintain equipment cleanliness and support efficient day-to-day operations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Ability to read and understand simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
  • Ability to write simple correspondence and communicate clearly in one-on-one or small group settings.
  • Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division, using production paperwork and units of weight, volume, and distance.
  • Ability to use effective problem-solving skills in a production environment.
  • Ability to wear required personal protective equipment and follow safe work practices.
  • Ability to stand or walk for extended periods and perform frequent bending, reaching, twisting, gripping, and lifting.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and perform physically demanding tasks in a manufacturing setting.
