Job Description
Summary
As a Shipping Administrator II, you will support the smooth and accurate execution of shipping activities. You will coordinate and monitor product shipments, maintain shipping records, prepare required documentation, and work closely with suppliers, carriers, and internal departments to support timely delivery. Your attention to detail, organization, and ability to resolve shipping issues will help ensure efficient operations and a positive customer experience.
Primary Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and monitor product shipments to support accurate and timely delivery.
  • Manage and maintain complete and accurate records of all shipping activities.
  • Partner with suppliers, carriers, and internal departments to ensure smooth shipping operations.
  • Prepare required shipping documentation, including bills of lading and customs clearance paperwork.
  • Identify and resolve shipment-related issues, including delays, damages, or documentation concerns.

Required Experience, Education, Skills, Training and Competencies
  • Experience in order management, shipping, logistics, or a related field.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
  • Working knowledge of shipping processes and logistics.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines while effectively managing multiple responsibilities.
