Shipping & Receiving Associate

Mansfield, MA
Pay Rate: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Temp-to-Perm Opportunity

We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our warehouse team in Mansfield, MA. This role is ideal for candidates with warehouse experience who are comfortable working both on the warehouse floor and in an office setting.

Responsibilities
  • Assemble and fulfill customer orders for shipment

  • Pick and pack orders using RF handheld scanners

  • Prepare shipments for customers and other company divisions

  • Schedule, load, and unload LTL freight shipments

  • Process shipping paperwork, bills of lading (BOLs), and customer shipping instructions

  • Verify shipment accuracy and ensure proper packaging and labeling

  • Pack materials onto pallets or crates and stage shipments for truck routes

  • Restock materials after receiving shipments

  • Assist other warehouse personnel as needed

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Requirements
  • Previous shipping/receiving or warehouse experience required

  • Experience operating warehouse equipment such as:

    • Order Picker

    • Reach Truck

  • Ability to lift and move materials throughout the shift

  • Steel-toe or composite work boots required

  • Basic computer skills and ability to use RF scanners

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong attendance and reliability are required

  • Ability to work overtime when needed

  • Basic math and organizational skills
