Shipper Position

We are looking for a detail-oriented Shipper to manage the end-to-end fulfillment process. In this role, you will be responsible for picking, packing, and shipping orders with precision, ensuring our products reach customers around the world safely and on time.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick items based on sales orders and re-check for accuracy before final packaging.
  • Packaging Excellence: Select appropriate shipping containers and materials to ensure product safety; document any unavailable items to maintain order integrity.
  • Shipping Logistics: Operate UPS Maxiship and FedEx Powership systems to weigh orders, calculate costs, and prepare essential domestic and international shipping documents.
  • Inventory Management: Perform physical inventory additions and withdrawals to maintain accurate stock levels.
  • Warehouse Operations: Safely operate hand carts, pallet jacks, and forklifts; assist with distributing orders to internal departments as needed.
  • Communication: Clearly present information in one-on-one or small group settings with colleagues.
  • Flexibility: Commit to a 7:30 AM 4:00 PM schedule with a willingness to work overtime and cross-train in other departments.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  • Experience: At least one year of related shipping or warehouse experience preferred.
