Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warehouse Associate to join our Receiving team. Our company is looking for a motivated worker with extensive shipping and receiving knowledge and a person able to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities when it comes to, packaging and shipping solutions, loading and unloading trucks and receiving and checking inventory. Quality control checking of raw goods and material. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on person with a very high standard of attention to detail who is able to help wherever needed. Having experience with a forklift is preferred but applicant can be trained onsite.
Responsibilities
  • Shipping and receiving raw goods and material.
  • Loading and unloading freight trucks.
  • Receiving and stocking inventory.
  • Keeps equipment operational by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs.
  • Documents actions by updating the ERP system.
  • Contributes to team effort by working well with others.
  • Adapt to shifting priorities throughout the day, handling multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.
Qualifications
Required
  • 3+ years experience in a manufacturing environment
  • High school education or GED
  • 1 year experience with forklift
  • Literacy in computer systems (Word, Excel, ERP systems, etc.)
Preferred
  • Experience with CNC
  • Experience with drill press and sawing
  • Familiarity with Epicor ERP

Physical Demands and Work Environment
Employees must be able to hear, speak, and communicate effectively. Work occurs in data center environments with potential exposure to electrical hazards, noise, and varying temperatures. Flexible hours, including nights and weekends, may be required.
Physical requirements include bending, stooping, squatting, crawling, climbing, kneeling, balancing, pushing, pulling, and reaching overhead. Must lift at least 50 lbs, raise arms above shoulder level, and perform overhead work for extended periods. The ability to climb and carry ladders (up to 12 ft), navigate stairways, and work at heights up to 90 ft using ladders, scaffolds, or lifts is essential.
