Starting Pay: $20.33 per Hour + $0.30 Shift Differential

This position is responsible for safely moving materials throughout the facility, supporting production operations, and ensuring production lines have the necessary components to maintain workflow.

Position Summary

The Forklift Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient movement of materials, finished goods, and components throughout the production facility. This role supports manufacturing operations by ensuring production lines are stocked, finished products are moved appropriately, and empty containers are removed in a timely manner.


Essential Responsibilities

  • Operate forklifts safely and efficiently throughout the manufacturing facility.
  • Transport finished goods to designated storage and shipping areas.
  • Supply production lines with required components and materials.
  • Remove empty containers and maintain organized production areas.
  • Verify labels, part numbers, and material information for accuracy.
  • Perform material handling duties while maintaining production schedules.
  • Communicate issues, shortages, or concerns to supervisors and leadership.
  • Complete required documentation accurately.
  • Follow all safety procedures, company policies, and work instructions.
  • Support teamwork and assist with additional cross-functional responsibilities as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • Ability to successfully complete Topre America's written and hands-on forklift certification testing.
