The Warehouse Associate for ProductsDivisionis plays a key role in maintaining the operational integrity of our warehouse and logistics functions. This individual is responsible for the accurate receipt, storage, handling, and shipment of materials and components that support Voyager's mission-critical engineering programs. This position requires a self-directed professional with strong attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and compliance The position reports to the Warehouse Manager and is part of the Operations Department. This role is On-Site based in San Diego, CA.
In this role, the essential functions are:

  • Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments of materials, parts, and equipment, ensuring accuracy against purchase orders and packing slips.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare outbound shipments in compliance with shipping regulations, customer requirements, and program schedules.
  • Accurately record inventory transactions in the E2 JobBoss and NetSuite's system, maintaining real-time stock accuracy for all warehouse locations.
  • Conduct cycle counts and participates in periodic physical inventory audits; investigate and reconcile discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Operate pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and in compliance with OSHA standards.
  • Coordinate with Procurement, Engineering, and Production teams to prioritize allocation within E2, material staging and kitting for active programs.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in accordance with 5S standards, ESD handling and company safety policies.
  • Assist with the identification and disposition of non-conforming, surplus, or obsolete materials.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse throughput, accuracy, and efficiency.

  1. Associate's degree or vocational certification in logistics or related field preferred.
  2. Minimum 3-5 years of warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory management experience in a manufacturing environment related to electronic circuit boards.
  3. Demonstrated proficiency and experience with E2 JobBoss and NetSuite a plus
  4. Strong attention to detail with a track record of high inventory accuracy and documentation compliance.
  5. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks including standing, bending, and reaching for extended periods.
  6. Solid written and verbal communication skills; comfortable coordinating across cross-functional teams.
  7. Good understanding of warehouse operations under FAR/DFAR. DCMA warehouse audit experience
  8. Prior experience mentoring or leading a small warehouse team

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in an aerospace, defense, or regulated manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with hi-rel EEE component handling and SMT kit preparation.
  • Familiarity with ITAR/EAR compliance requirements for material handling and shipping.
  • Working knowledge of 5S, Lean, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Good understanding of warehouse operations under FAR/DFAR. DCMA warehouse audit experience
Additional requirements:
  • Travel up to 5%, with the possibility of occasional overnights.
  • Ability and willingness to work extended hours and weekends as needed.
The good faith base salary role is$50,000-65,000at the time of this posting. Where you fall within the range depends on your experience, skills, and location. This range reflects base salary only and does not include benefits or bonus/incentive. This range may be adjusted in the future.
