About this position
SeeScan is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Associate to manage the receipt, processing, and shipment of products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You'll coordinate with major carriers, maintain accurate inventory records, and ensure all shipments meet our quality and safety standards.
This is a full-time, fully onsite position located in Kearny Mesa. This position pays $20/hour or more, depending on experience and qualifications.

In this position, you will
  • Receive, inspect, and process incoming and outgoing shipments
  • Perform inventory management and cycle counts using company systems
  • Package and prepare products for shipment via multiple carriers (UPS, FedEx, DHL)
  • Verify shipping accuracy, including serial number matching and complete documentation
  • Maintain organized shipping records and tracking information
  • Operate forklifts and company vehicles to transport materials (with certification)
  • Maintain a clean, safe work environment and adhere to company safety procedures
  • Support other departments and provide coverage during absences as needed
