Position Summary

The Shipping & Receiving Associate is responsible for the accurate receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping of vacuum components and assemblies. This position plays a key role in maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring customer orders are processed efficiently and delivered on time. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and committed to maintaining a safe and efficient warehouse.


Responsibilities

  • Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and on time.
  • Verify part numbers, quantities, and product quality before shipment.
  • Receive incoming shipments and stock inventory in the correct location.
  • Maintain accurate inventory and assist with cycle counts.
  • Identify and report inventory discrepancies or mislabeled products.
  • Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
  • Operate shipping software and warehouse equipment as needed.
