Job description

Warehouse Associate

We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate to support shipping, receiving, inventory management, and material handling operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role involves unloading and loading trucks, receiving inventory, pulling customer orders, and maintaining accurate inventory while working safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate has forklift experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to perform physical work throughout the shift. This position is located in a non-climate-controlled facility, requiring comfort working in varying temperatures, including hot summer conditions.

Responsibilities
  • Unload incoming trucks and load outbound shipments safely and efficiently
  • Receive, verify, stage, and stock incoming inventory
  • Pull and prepare customer orders based on work orders and shipping documentation
  • Operate a sit-down forklift to move and organize materials
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and proper product storage
  • Assist with material handling and warehouse organization
  • Ensure warehouse is clean, organized, secure, and compliant with safety standards
  • Follow all company procedures and warehouse safety guidelines
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of sit-down forklift experience
  • Minimum 1 year of recent, consecutive warehouse experience
  • Ability to read and understand work orders and shipping documentation
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs or more (team lift available when necessary)
  • Ability to bend, twist, pull, lift, and stand for the duration of the shift
