Description
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Associate to support warehouse and logistics operations for a growing organization in the Doral area. This role is responsible for receiving incoming shipments, preparing outgoing orders, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring materials are processed safely and efficiently.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment, demonstrates strong organizational skills, and is committed to operational excellence and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities
  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and potential damage
  • Prepare outgoing shipments including packing, labeling, and shipping documentation
  • Load and unload deliveries safely and efficiently
  • Maintain organized inventory and assist with cycle counts and stock replenishment
  • Pick and fulfill orders using scanners, computers, or warehouse systems
  • Match shipping paperwork to products and prepare orders for billing and shipment
  • Place parts and materials in designated warehouse locations after verification
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified)
  • Support warehouse operations and departmental goals as assigned
