Job Overview:

The Inventory Clerk supports daily stockroom and warehouse operations, including shipping and receiving, stocking, order picking and packing, and performing inventory counts. This role is based at a single location and does not require travel or support of other branches. The position follows established procedures and escalates issues to the Inventory Coordinator as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy, damage, and completeness
  • Process shipping and receiving transactions, including labeling, documentation, and carrier coordination
  • Pick, stage, package, and ship parts for internal and external customers
  • Perform cycle counts and assist with recounts; document and report variances
  • Perform inventory transactions in D365
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shipping and receiving area
  • Load and unload materials using appropriate warehouse equipment
  • Escalate missing items, discrepancies, or system issues to the Inventory Coordinator
  • Perform additional duties as needed to support inventory and warehouse operations

Essential Functions:

  • Accurately receive, store, ship, and issue inventory items
