Willow Hill Supply, LLC – Winchester, Kentucky

Willow Hill Supply, LLC is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Part-Time Shipping & Quality Control Clerk to join our team in Winchester, Kentucky. This position will begin on-site for training, with the possibility of transitioning to partial or full work-from-home duties in the future, depending on job responsibilities, performance, and the employee's ability to work independently.


Established in 2011, Willow Hill Supply is a manufacturer of embroidered patches and printed goods. We operate under the brands Tactical Gear Junkie and Kentucky Emblem.


We specialize in custom embroidery and American-made patches and proudly serve customers in the military, law enforcement, fire, government, commercial, and consumer markets. We place a strong emphasis on product quality, accuracy, and customer service.


Position Overview

The Shipping & Quality Control Clerk is responsible for preparing, inspecting, packaging, and processing customer orders while ensuring accuracy and quality standards are met.


This is a part-time position. Initial training will take place at our Winchester facility. 


Key Responsibilities

  • Pick and prepare daily customer orders.
  • Inspect products for quality, accuracy, and order specifications.
  • Package orders efficiently and appropriately for shipment.
  • Use shipping and order-management software to process orders and print shipping labels.
  • Ensure orders are completed and shipped within required timelines.
  • Identify order or product discrepancies and communicate issues to the appropriate team members.
  • Work closely with customer service and production when resolving order issues.
  • Track assigned performance metrics and maintain productivity and accuracy goals.
  • Assist with product and shipping inventory as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace while working on-site.
  • Perform other related administrative, shipping, or quality-control duties as assigned.


Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn shipping and order-management software.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and adjust priorities as needed.
  • Dependable and able to work with limited supervision.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Previous shipping, fulfillment, quality control, or e-commerce experience is helpful but not required.


Physical Requirements

While performing on-site shipping and fulfillment duties:

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 50 pounds.


Training & Work-From-Home Opportunity

After successfully completing the training period and demonstrating the ability to perform assigned duties accurately and independently, the employee may be eligible to perform certain responsibilities from home.
