Wrist Ship Supply, a world leader in the field of procuring and delivering supply to the maritime industry is looking for a Sales Executive to join their growing ship supply division in Pasadena, Texas.

Summary

The successful candidate for this role will have prior experience from a customer facing sales role, preferably in ship supply market. You are motivated by winning the deal, and enjoy the responsibility that comes with sales targets and providing the best service to our customers.

We expect you to be the driving force in customer contact and negotiation, creating value through competitive order fulfillment and error-free operations to our existing and potential clientele.

Your primary responsibilities in this role will be:

  • Meet and exceed the sales revenue and profitability goals set for your area.
  • Nurture relationships with existing customers and ensure Wrist remains their preferred supplier of choice.
  • Provide competitive sales quotes to ensure maximum benefit for customer and company.
  • Act as the lead point of contact with the customer base, managing the appropriate level of coordination to ensure smooth operations from Sales to product delivery.
  • Execute order fulfillment in a timely manner, in cooperation with the other functional teams.
  • Keep customers updated on order status, as well as any other information that is relevant for maintaining a healthy customer relationship.
  • Attend relevant customer or industry events as required.

Your education and experience will include:

  • A minimum of 3 years sales or customer service experience
  • Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or similar is preferred   
  • Three or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ship supply background would be an advantage
  • Familiar with business systems as an integrated part of your business day, eg Microsoft Office, Excel, SAP.
