Job description

Dock Lead / Warehouse Processor (Full-Time)

Niagara Falls, NY
$20 – $21/hr
Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 4 PM (No weekends except peak season)

What You’ll Be Doing

This is a hands-on dock lead role. Most of your time will be running the dock, and the rest will be helping the warehouse team ship orders.

If you like staying busy, keeping things organized, and being the person who keeps everything moving—this is that job.

Dock (Primary Role):

  • Run day-to-day dock operations (inbound & outbound)
  • Receive and verify shipments/BOL's
  • Organize pallets and staging areas so nothing backs up
  • Print and scan pallet labels/keep accurate counts
  • Work directly with drivers and carriers
  • Check, print and send emails and slack messages
  • Keep the dock clean, safe, and efficient

Warehouse (Support Role):

  • Scan and process packages
  • Build and wrap STABLE skids
  • Pull and prep outgoing shipments
  • Help with inventory and restocking
  • Jump in where needed during busy periods

What Matters Most

We’re not looking for perfect resumes—we’re looking for the right person.

  • You show up. Attendance matters. A lot.
  • You stay organized. The dock falls apart without it.
  • You pay attention. Small mistakes = big delays
  • You take ownership. This is your dock
  • You can handle physical work (lifting up to 150 lbs)

Warehouse or dock experience helps, but reliability and work ethic matter more.

What You Get

  • Full benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision)
  • 401(k) with match
  • PTO + Sick Time
  • Steady Monday–Friday schedule
  • A team that actually pulls their weight

Quick Reality Check (Read Before Applying)

This is not a “stand around and look busy” job.

  • Ability to shift between tasks and handle competing priorities
  • Staying productive without constant direction
  • You’ll be on your feet
  • You’ll be counted on to keep things moving

If that sounds like your kind of environment, you’ll do really well here.

If you’re reliable, organized, and ready to take ownership of a key part of the operation—we want you.
