M.C. Dean is seeking a Captain's Assistant. This position reports to the Ship Captain and has responsibility for the operation and safety of vessel(s) during an assigned shift, maintenance of the water vessel(s) while afloat and at dock, and the quality of guest services.

Qualifications
Skills and Experience Required
  • With at least 3+ years of experience
  • Excellent boat handling and navigational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • First-class service and relationship-building skills
  • Strong IT proficiency
  • Inventory and admin experience
  • Health and safety training
  • Excellent maintenance, engineering and technical / troubleshooting experience
  • Ability to remain calm and give directions in an emergency situation
  • Organized and methodical
