We are growing and looking for a motivated HVAC Install Apprentice to join our team. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who wants to start or grow their career in HVAC installation and learn from experienced HVAC Install Technicians and Install Leads.

What You’ll Do (Job Responsibilities)
  • Assist with installing residential HVAC systems, furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps
  • Install tank and tankless water heaters
  • Work with experienced installers to complete ductwork improvements and retrofit projects
  • Learn to use diagnostic equipment, tools, and HVAC system controls
  • Help maintain equipment, tools, and vehicle inventory
  • Participate in training, coaching, and daily team meetings
What We’re Looking For (Qualifications)
  • Some experience in HVAC preferred, but not required
  • Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn HVAC installation
  • Experience in plumbing systems is preferred
  • Strong communication amp; customer service skills
  • Clean, professional appearance
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
Physical Demands and Work Environment
  • Must be able to stand, walk, and kneel for long periods throughout the day.
  • The job requires regularly lifting and carrying heavy items, which can weigh up to 50 pounds or more.
  • Must be comfortable and able to safely climb and work from ladders, scaffolding, or bucket trucks at various heights.
  • Must be able to stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and balance in awkward positions.
  • Work is performed both indoors and outdoors and is not limited by weather conditions. May work in extreme temperatures, including heat, cold and humidity.
