Job description

What We're Looking For...
Currently, we have a full-time opportunity for a Golf Course Operator to join our team! This position is responsible for operating light and small motorized equipment, including triplexes, walk mowers, rotary deck mowers, weed eaters, mechanized sand rakes, and utility vehicles to maintain greens, tees, fairways, roughs, bunkers, and surrounding turf areas. Duties include mowing, edging, trimming, fertilizer and herbicide application assistance, sod work, mulching, debris removal, bunker maintenance, cup cutting, tee marker placement, and general golf course service. Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, the ability to safely and efficiently complete assigned mowing and course maintenance tasks within designated timeframes, and be comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions. This position requires frequent lifting up to 50 lbs., a flexible schedule including weekends, and a positive, customer-friendly attitude.
