Store Manager positions are available in the Cincinnati area for our GOCO Shell convenience stores!
As a Store Manager at one of our convenience stores, you will be responsible for the following:
  • Quality Customer Service
  • Store Image & Appearance
  • Employee Development and Adequate Staffing
  • Shortage & Loss Control
  • Merchandising & Promotions

Successful Store Managers must possess effective time management skills, an understanding of priorities, and must conduct business in a professional manner- while being a role model for store employees.
Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays
  • Proven organizational, communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. (occasionally up to 50lbs.)
  • Proven reliability and high personal integrity
  • Retail management experience
  • Experience in convenience store management is preferred
