Bring your leadership to the forefront! As a General Manager of Concessions, you will oversee all aspects of concessions operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while driving revenue and efficiency. You will manage inventory, staffing, and customer service, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations of all concession stands, ensuring efficiency and profitability
  • Manage inventory levels and ordering processes to prevent shortages and waste
  • Train and supervise concessions staff, fostering a high-performance team
  • Monitor sales and financials, implementing strategies to maximize revenue
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and alcohol service regulations
  • Enhance guest experience by maintaining high standards of quality and service
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely product deliveries

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, or a related field preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in food & beverage multiple outlets or concessions management
  • Strong financial and inventory management skills
  • Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations in food service
