The ideal candidate is self-driven, customer focused, highly responsive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment supporting both new fabrication and repair work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review customer inquiries, specifications, drawings, and supporting documents to define the required scope of work for new shell and tube heat exchangers, replacement components, repairs, and modifications.
  • Work closely with the estimating team to develop accurate, competitive, and timely cost estimates and proposals.
  • Identify technical and commercial requirements, clarify incomplete information, and coordinate with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve questions before quotation.
  • Read and interpret fabrication drawings, general arrangement drawings, bills of material, customer specifications, and other technical documents.
  • Support the preparation and presentation of proposals to end users, EPC firms, contractors, and other customers.
  • Collaborate with engineering, quality, procurement, project management, welding, machining, and shop personnel to validate scope, material requirements, fabrication methods, schedules, and estimated labor hours.

  • Apply sound judgment, urgency, and attention to detail while balancing multiple opportunities and changing priorities in a fast-paced fabrication environment.

Competencies:

  • Strong ability to collaborate with estimators and cross-functional teams to develop complete and accurate proposals.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
