A Sheet Metal Tech, or Sheet Metal Technician, is responsible for fabricating, assembling, installing, and repairing sheet metal products and structures. These professionals work with thin metal sheets used in heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), roofing, and other construction projects. Their tasks include measuring, cutting, bending, and shaping metal to precise specifications, as well as reading blueprints and ensuring installations meet safety and quality standards.

What are some common challenges faced by Sheet Metal Technicians on the job?

Sheet Metal Technicians often encounter challenges such as working in confined or elevated spaces, handling heavy materials, and interpreting complex blueprints.
