Job Title: Sheet Metal Fabricator
Job Location: Waco, TX Area
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM, with overtime as needed
Pay: $25.00 - $28.00/hr

Job Summary
Crouch Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced Sheet Metal Fabricator for a Waco-area company. This position is responsible for fabricating custom sheet metal products, operating metal brakes, bending materials to specification, and assisting with order processing and inventory for custom projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Fabricate custom sheet metal products, including gutters, downspouts, edge metals, and related materials.
  • Operate metal brakes and hand-bend materials according to job specifications.
  • Read and follow work orders, measurements, and project requirements.
  • Process customer or production orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Manage and track inventory for custom sheet metal projects.
  • Measure, cut, bend, and form sheet metal materials with accuracy.
  • Inspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracy.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Assist with loading, unloading, and staging materials as needed.
  • Follow all company safety procedures and equipment guidelines.
Qualifications
  • Previous sheet metal fabrication experience required.
  • Experience operating metal brakes strongly preferred.
  • Ability to hand-bend and fabricate materials to specification.
  • Experience with gutters, downspouts, edge metals, or similar custom metal products preferred.
  • Strong tape measure and basic math skills required.
  • Ability to read and follow work orders and measurements accurately.
  • Must be dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lift, carry, and handle sheet metal materials as needed.
  • Must be able to work overtime as required.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, and lift throughout the shift.
  • Ability to safely handle sharp metal materials and tools.
  • Must be comfortable working in a shop/manufacturing environment.
