Key Responsibilities
  • Use designated tools to prepare products or complete production tasks.
  • Tend to assembly lines, performing tasks as needed to support process flow.
  • Inspect products for quality and compliance with standards.
  • Pack products according to management instructions.
  • Prepare products for packing and shipment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the production supervisor.

Skills & Abilities
  • Communication: Active listening and clear, professional speaking skills.
  • Tool Proficiency: Ability to operate hand and automatic tools safely with good physical dexterity.
  • Safety Awareness: Able to safely handle sharp instruments (box cutters, scissors) and follow safety protocols.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to see fine details at close range.
  • Physical Capability:
    • Lift, push, pull, or carry 10-50 lbs.
    • Stand or sit for long periods.
    • Work in warehouse environment with exposure to down/feathers
