**SIGN ON BONUS: FT RN - $5000 EXPERIENCED/$3000 NEW GRAD**

Job Objective/Summary: The Registered Nurse (RN) provides direct patient care and assist in the overall management and coordinator of resident care. The RN will work under the supervision of physicians to ensure the well-being and comfort of residents. The RN will be responsible for administering medications, monitoring residents, assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), and collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans.  

Job Education, Licenses/Certifications, Knowledge & Experience: Must hold a valid and active license in good standing as an RN in the state of Arkansas. Completion of an accredited nursing program.
