Job description

This is an exceptional opportunity for a Neonatology Nurse Practitioner in the heart of Portland, OR. This hospital-based role is your chance to make a difference in the tiniest lives while enjoying a supportive team and a thriving city.

Patient Load: See 10-25 patients per day

  • Schedule: Flexible 12- or 24-hour shifts Monday through Saturday.
  • Responsibilities: Supervise other healthcare providers, lead with expertise, and support with compassion.
  • Privileges: 60-90 days to onboard, but once youโ€™re in, itโ€™s smooth sailingโ€”or maybe smooth swaddling.

Paid Time Off: 264 hours (33 days for those 8-hour day planners), allocated upfront.

  • CME Support: $3,000 and 80 hours to keep your skills razor-sharp.
  • Malpractice Insurance: Claims-based with coverage that works like a tail policyโ€”because weโ€™ve got your back.
