• Conduct virtual therapy sessions, providing individual and group counseling in a safe and supportive environment, to address clients' mental health challenges.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on thorough assessments of clients' unique needs, progress, and challenges.
• Utilize teletherapy tools and electronic health records to maintain detailed, confidential client records and track treatment outcomes effectively.
• Engage collaboratively with remote interdisciplinary team members, including psychologists and psychiatrists, to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients.
• Adapt therapeutic approaches to meet the cultural and personal preferences of a diverse clientele, promoting inclusivity and empathy.

You will primarily work with clients experiencing anxiety and depression, many of whom may also be facing additional challenges such as trauma, stress, and life transitions. Our clientele is diverse, encompassing individuals from various cultural backgrounds and age groups, providing you with the opportunity to develop culturally competent treatment plans that respect and understand the complexities of their lives.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington state.
• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in providing clinical social work services, ideally with a focus on mental health.
• Experience in conducting comprehensive diagnostic assessments and developing evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the capability to establish rapport and effectively engage with a wide range of clients from diverse backgrounds.
• A steadfast commitment to cultural competence, social justice, and ethical practice within the mental health field.

• Experience with teletherapy and proficiency in using virtual mental health platforms.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care practices.
• Familiarity with community resources for clients, aiding in referrals and support services.

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, reflecting our commitment to offering competitive salaries in the mental health sector.
