• Conduct comprehensive intake evaluations to assess clients' needs, establishing a foundation for personalized treatment plans.
• Deliver individualized therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to the client’s specific challenges.
• Facilitate optional group, couples, or family therapy sessions, enhancing clients' support systems and fostering open communication.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical documentation, ensuring compliance with state regulations and best practices for client confidentiality and safety.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at our organization, you will primarily work with adults and adolescents facing a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and executive functioning difficulties. You will play a crucial role in improving their emotional well-being and functional capacities, working closely with individuals to set and achieve their therapeutic goals.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field, with a valid and active LPC license in the state of Oregon.
• A minimum of two years of direct experience providing psychotherapy services to individuals and families.
• Demonstrated expertise in health psychology and a solid understanding of mental health treatment methodologies.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, facilitating effective interactions with clients and team members alike.

• Previous involvement in collaborative care settings, working alongside multidisciplinary teams.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and techniques, enhancing effective delivery of services in a remote work environment.
• Experience facilitating group therapy sessions and community outreach programs to expand service accessibility.
