We are growing!ย  We are seeking a motivated Senior Account Executive to add to our team.ย  This Senior Account Executive will drive consistent revenue growth within the hospital pharmacy market.ย  This is a direct sales "hunter" role. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end sales processes across our Procurement or Compliance products.ย  This position will target VP and Director level contacts within new and existing customer accounts.ย

The Account Executive will be responsible for achieving an Annual Recurring Revenue quota based on closing all mid-market opportunities within the product line. They will be working with our Marketing and Business Development teams to drive pipeline - and with the Clinical Strategy and VP of Sales to drive and close new business.ย  SaaS selling experience is a critical requirement of this opportunity. Plus for experience successfully selling into hospitals / IDN's.ย  We are open to candidates based anywhere in the US, they are not required to live in a specific city or region.

In addition to a competitive base salary, and an amazing benefit package, this position is also eligible for uncapped commission-based incentives.
Representative Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Achieve quarterly and yearly revenue quotas.
  • Manage defined territory - generating pipeline for upsell, cross-sell and net new logos
  • Work strategically with marketing, customer success and business developement teamsย 
  • Consistently reach / exceed key activity milestonesย ย 
  • Prospect effectively using the variety of tools and resources available
  • Build and maintain pipeline to ensure consistent quota achievement
  • Provide accurate and timely reporting of opportunities, pipeline, account plans, and other activity within Bluesight's CRM tool (currently SalesForce.com)
  • Effectively collaborate across other teams within Bluesight to achieve individual and team goalsย 
  • Consistent use of defined sales process. This includes discovery, meeting preparation, leveraging internal resources, presentation details, use of customer references, and the transition to our implementation team.ย 
  • Maintain knowledge of competitors and industry trends and be able to articulate to clients Bluesight's value and differentiationย 
  • Negotiate customer pricing and contracts.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Sales "hunter" experience
  • Experience selling a B2B SaaS productย 
  • Strong desire to continuously develop skillset - Willingness to pick up the phone!
  • You are Coachable, competitive, and a strategic thinker.ย 
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 5+ year full cycle sales experience
  • 2 - 3 years of BDR or Inside Sales Experience
  • Strong meeting presence and presentation skills
  • Ability to influence key stakeholders including senior-level executivesย ย 
  • Ability to travel at 1 - 2 times per quarter

$100,000 - $120,000 a year
The standard base pay range for this role is $100,000 to $120,000 annually. In addition to a base salary this position is also eligible for uncapped commission based on meeting / exceeding assigned quota with the expected OTE of $200k - $220K+. Actual amounts and salary will vary depending on the position offered, experience, performance, and location.
This position is a remote position and open to applicants in the continental United States.
