This position is for TCMC Employees with a professional license that may include RN, NP, PA, PT, OT, Speech, Pharmacist, LSW, LFMT, etc.

  • Under the direction of appropriate clinical or professional leadership, the Professional Licensed Employee performs job-related duties consistent with their licensure, education, training, and scope of practice. This role supports patient care and/or professional services at Tri-City Medical Center while transitioning employment to Sharp HealthCare.
    * Perform duties appropriate to professional license, certification, and assigned department
    * Deliver safe, high-quality services in accordance with regulatory requirements, organizational policies, and professional standards
    * Accurately document work performed in applicable systems
    * Collaborate effectively with physicians, leaders, and interdisciplinary team members
    * Support patient safety, quality initiatives, and service excellence
    * Comply with all Sharp HealthCare and Tri-City Medical Center policies and procedures
    * Participate in required training, education, and transition-related activities
