What You'll Do

As the first and last person our guests interact with, you'll help create an exceptional experience from the moment they walk in until they leave.

Your responsibilities include:

Greet every guest with enthusiasm and professionalism.

Check clients in and out efficiently.

Schedule appointments and manage the salon schedule.

Recommend and sell retail products.

Help the team achieve daily and weekly sales goals.

Support hairstylists to keep the salon running smoothly.

Maintain accurate client records.

Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and kindness.

Keep the salon organized, welcoming, and fun.

Jump in wherever needed to support the team and create an outstanding guest experience.

Preferred Experience

Customer service (3+ years preferred)

Retail or service sales experience

Appointment scheduling

Pay

$13.00-$15.00 per hour, based on experience.

Location

This is an in-person position at our Round Rock, TX salon. Reliable transportation and the ability to commute are required.
