Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft 365 Senior Systems Administrator / Engineer to work Hybrid Onsite 3-4 days in the Houston office 1300 W Sam Houston Pkwy S suite 300, Houston, TX 77042, USA. To support and manage a large-scale multi-tenant Microsoft 365 environment consisting of more than 125 tenants. This role is responsible for the administration, security, automation, governance, and operational support of Microsoft cloud services including Microsoft Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and Intune.
The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Microsoft 365 architecture, identity and access management, endpoint management, security and compliance, automation, and tenant standardization. This individual will work closely with infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity teams to maintain secure, compliant, and highly available client environments.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience administering Microsoft 365 environments.
  • Strong experience managing multi-tenant Microsoft 365 environments.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Intune.
  • Experience implementing Microsoft 365 security and compliance solutions.
  • Strong PowerShell scripting and automation experience.
  • Experience with Microsoft Graph API.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA compliance requirements and security best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Microsoft certifications such as Enterprise Administrator Expert, Security Administrator Associate, or Endpoint Administrator Associate.
