Job description

We are seeking a motivated SharePoint Developer to support the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise SharePoint environments. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable SharePoint solutions that improve collaboration, workflow automation, and information management across the organization.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze customer requirements and translate business needs into SharePoint solutions.
  • Design, develop, configure, and maintain SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, workflows, forms, and page layouts.
  • Develop and customize SharePoint web parts, workflows, page templates, and web services.
  • Create dashboards and reporting capabilities by integrating SharePoint with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), SQL databases, and other enterprise applications.
  • Develop and maintain automated workflows using SharePoint technologies and related Microsoft tools.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve SharePoint application issues while providing technical support to end users.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and system documentation.
  • Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and technical teams to deliver high-quality SharePoint solutions.
  • Support system enhancements, upgrades, and ongoing maintenance activities.
  • Follow established security, governance, and configuration management standards.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Management, or a related field. Relevant professional experience may be substituted for a degree on a year-for-year basis.
  • No professional SharePoint development experience is required.
Desired Qualifications
  • Three (3) or more years of SharePoint development experience.
  • Experience gathering and analyzing user requirements and translating them into SharePoint solutions.
  • Experience designing and developing SharePoint web parts, workflows, page templates, and web services.
  • Experience integrating SharePoint with enterprise applications and developing dashboards using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), SQL databases, or similar reporting technologies.
  • Experience customizing SharePoint Online and/or SharePoint Server environments.
  • Knowledge of SharePoint permissions, security, governance, and best practices.
  • Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, Microsoft 365, or the Power Platform is a plus.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
