Role Summary
TIME Systems is looking for a SharePoint Power Platform Developer & Administrator to join our team supporting the Air Force National Capital Region (AFNCR) Information Technology Services (ITS) program. The selected candidate will be responsible for administering, developing, maintaining, and supporting Microsoft SharePoint Online (SPO), Microsoft 365 collaboration services, and Microsoft Power Platform solutions. This role will provide enterprise-level operational support, troubleshoot complex technical issues, develop business process automation solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable, and mission-focused collaboration capabilities supporting Department of Defense customers.
Key Responsibilities
  • Administer, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Microsoft SharePoint Online (SPO) environments supporting AFNCR ITS customers.
  • Design, develop, and maintain custom SharePoint Online solutions utilizing JavaScript, HTML, CSS, jQuery, JSON, Bootstrap, React JS, and related web technologies.
  • Develop and support Microsoft Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, and Power BI dashboards and reporting.
  • Resolve Tier I, II, and III SharePoint Online incidents, service requests, and operational issues in accordance with established SLAs and ITIL best practices.
  • Administer SharePoint Site Collections, including site provisioning, configuration, permissions management, governance, content lifecycle management, and decommissioning activities.
  • Manage SharePoint permissions, Microsoft 365 groups, Active Directory-integrated access controls, and user/group membership across enterprise environments.
  • Design and customize SharePoint pages, branding, layouts, navigation, and user interfaces to support mission and business requirements.
  • Monitor SharePoint environment health, site performance, usage metrics, storage utilization, and service availability to ensure operational stability.
  • Participate in enterprise collaboration modernization initiatives and recommend improvements to existing SharePoint and Microsoft 365 solutions.
  • Utilize ServiceNow, BMC Helix, Remedy, or similar ITSM platforms to document, update, track, and resolve incidents, service requests, and change activities.
  • Participate in Change Management processes, including implementation planning, outage coordination, testing, validation, and documentation.
  • Develop technical documentation, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), knowledge base articles, user guides, and training materials.
  • Conduct customer meetings to gather business and technical requirements for SharePoint and Power Platform solutions.
  • Collaborate with application developers, database administrators, cybersecurity personnel, infrastructure teams, and system administrators to deliver secure and compliant solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with Department of Defense (DoD), Air Force, Microsoft 365 governance, cybersecurity policies, and organizational operational standards.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Engineering, Business, Mathematics, or a related technical discipline; equivalent education and experience may be substituted.
  • Minimum of six (6) years of professional IT experience with at least four (4) years supporting SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, or enterprise collaboration platforms.
  • Active DoD Secret Security Clearance with the ability to maintain required clearance.
  • Experience administering Microsoft SharePoint Online (SPO) within enterprise or government environments.
  • Experience developing Microsoft Power Platform solutions including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
  • Strong working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, jQuery, JSON, Bootstrap, React JS, and Visual Studio Code.
  • Experience managing SharePoint Site Collections, permissions, governance, content management, and administrative functions.
  • Experience supporting Microsoft 365 collaboration environments and enterprise productivity services.
  • Experience utilizing ServiceNow, Remedy, BMC Helix, or similar IT Service Management (ITSM) platforms.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to independently resolve complex technical issues.
  • Experience creating technical documentation, SOPs, knowledge articles, and end-user training materials.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with technical teams, leadership, and customers.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and support a fast-paced operational environment while meeting established service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes, Change Management, Incident Management, and enterprise operational support models.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Microsoft certifications related to SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, or Power BI.
  • Experience supporting Department of Defense (DoD), Air Force, or Federal Government environments.
  • Experience administering large-scale Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Online enterprise environments.
  • Experience with SharePoint branding, customization, responsive design, and workflow automation.
  • Experience integrating Microsoft 365 services, Teams, Power Platform, and other collaboration technologies.
  • Knowledge of SharePoint governance, information architecture, records management, and enterprise content management best practices.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices, Microsoft security controls, and secure cloud collaboration environments.
  • Experience supporting mission-critical systems in highly secure enterprise environments.
  • Working knowledge of Agile development methodologies, DevOps concepts, and modern application lifecycle management.
  • Experience developing customer-focused business automation solutions that improve operational efficiency and collaboration.
