As a company grounded in entrepreneurship, we're looking to expand our team and are looking for people who foster innovation, strive to make an impact, and want to Do More! We're an established company with over 20 years of experience, but now we're taking things to the next level. We're seeking someone who wants to impact the business and play a pivotal role in leading the charge for change.

  • Work within the change management process to coordinate the release of new software packages.

  • Monitor service health, respond to incidents, and manage service requests and escalations across Microsoft 365 services.
  • Maintain documentation and runbooks for tenant configuration and administrative procedures to ensure continuity of coverage.

Cloud Migration and Automation:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement endpoint solutions compatible with cloud infrastructure.

Additional Responsibilities:
Advancing Workforce AI Strategy & Governance
  • Develop AI solutions using MS Copilot Studio and Claude to innovate and establish high-value use cases.
  • Recommend and establish technology positioning (i.e., software development vs. general productivity; buy vs. build: when do we develop skills or agents versus look for AI-enabled commercial products).
  • Recommend controls and governance to protect endpoint data and systems impacted by AI.
  • Recommend and establish AI workforce training.
  • Implement systems for controlled provisioning and permissions.
  • Implement monitoring, reporting, and dashboards to provide leadership visibility and support decision-making with meaningful data and charts.
