Responsibilities Sabre Systems is activley looking for an NMCI Representative (Navy Marine Corps Intranet Representative) to support the Systems & Software Engineering Department at Naval Air Station Patuxent River (Pax River) serves as the primary liaison between government personnel, NAVAIR organizations, and the Navy's enterprise IT service provider. The role combines customer service, IT administration, asset management, and technical support to ensure engineers, developers, and program offices have the IT resources required to perform their mission. The NMCI Representative provides day-to-day IT support for system engineers, software developers, and program management personnel within the Systems & Software Engineering Department. This position serves as the primary point of contact for NMCI services, ensuring timely provisioning of hardware, software, user accounts, and network resources while coordinating with NAVAIR Customer Technical Representatives (CTRs), cybersecurity personnel, and the NMCI Enterprise Service Desk. This position will also provide some Security support for the Systems Engineering Department. Key Responsibilities * Serve as the primary NMCI liaison for assigned engineering organizations. * Process requests for new user accounts, workstation deployments, seat transfers, hardware refreshes, and employee offboarding. * Manage NMCI Enterprise Tool (NET) requests and maintain accurate user and asset records. * Coordinate software installations, licensing, and approval requests for engineering applications. * Troubleshoot desktop, laptop, printer, peripheral, network connectivity, and Microsoft Office issues. * Support Microsoft Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and collaboration tools. * Assist users with Flank Speed, CAC authentication, and account access issues. * Coordinate system refreshes, equipment exchanges, and warranty repairs. * Support conference room technology, video teleconferencing (VTC), and audiovisual equipment. * Maintain distribution lists, shared drives, SharePoint permissions, and organizational resources. * Submit and track SAAR/SAAR-N forms, MAC requests, and IT service tickets. * Coordinate with Information Assurance and Cybersecurity personnel to ensure compliance with DoD security policies. * Escalate unresolved technical issues to the NMCI Enterprise Service Desk and NAVAIR Customer Technical Representatives. * Maintain inventory records and assist with lifecycle management of government IT assets. * Provide technical guidance to engineering personnel regarding NMCI policies and procedures. * Participate in technology refresh initiatives, office relocations, and workstation deployments. * Support Software & Systems Engineering personnel during project execution and testing activities requiring NMCI resources. * Provide Security Support for the Systems and Software Engineering Departments Qualifications Required Qualifications * 2-5 years of IT support or help desk experience. * Bachelor's in Information Technology (IT) * Experience supporting NMCI, NGEN, or DoD enterprise networks preferred. * Knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365 applications. * Experience with Active Directory account management. * Familiarity with Navy Enterprise Tool (NET), Remedy, ServiceNow, or similar ticketing systems. * Strong customer service and communication skills. * U.S. Citizenship * Active Secret Clearance (or ability to obtain one) * Ability to prioritize multiple technical requests in a fast-paced engineering environment. Preferred Qualifications * CompTIA Security+, A+, or Network+ certification. * Experience supporting NAVAIR or DoD engineering organizations. * Knowledge of engineering software licensing and deployment. * Familiarity with SharePoint administration. * Experience with hardware asset management and lifecycle support. * Understanding of RMF, cybersecurity requirements, and DoD IT policies. Compensation Statement At Sabre Systems, LLC, compensation is based on factors such as location, qualifications, experience, and contract-specific requirements; however, final compensation will be determined by individual qualifications and applicable contract terms.
