About the Role:
This is a hands-on, coding-intensive opportunity for a technically curious problem-solver who can navigate across different platforms and build custom solutions. While you do not need to be a top-level architect, you should bring strong programming fundamentals and the confidence to master the full suite of M365 tools: Loop, Planner, and advanced Teams capabilities. As the Senior SharePoint Engineer you will be the go-to technical expert for building scalable integrations, automating legacy workflows, and driving M365 adoption. secure digital workplace solutions.

What You Will Be Doing:

Custom Development & Integrations: Build custom web parts and business applications using SPFx, React, Angular, and .NET (C#, ASP.NET).
Platform Problem Solving: Act as a highly technical resource capable of solving complex challenges across varied platforms and third-party APIs.
Teams Optimization: Design and implement Teams apps, bots, and complex integrations to maximize channels, meetings, and platform additions.
Workflow Modernization: Migrate legacy InfoPath forms and Nintex workflows to Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
Continuous Learning: Actively explore and integrate emerging M365 capabilities, specifically diving deep into Microsoft Loop, Planner, and Copilot.
Scripting & Automation: Develop complex PowerShell scripts for environment automation, migration, and management.

Experience: 35+ years of hands-on development experience with SharePoint (Online/On-Prem) and the M365 ecosystem.
Strong Programming Skills: Deep technical proficiency in the SharePoint Framework (SPFx), C#, ASP.NET, and front-end frameworks (React/Angular).
Integration Expertise: Proven track record of integrating SharePoint and M365 with Azure services, Teams, and third-party APIs.
Technical Agility: A "vendor-like" execution mindset-you can parachute into a problem, figure out the underlying technical requirements, and write the code to fix it.
Communication: Collaborative, adaptable, and comfortable partnering with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical reality.
