Nous cherchons notre futur Spécialiste Sharepoint intermédiaire pour rejoindre nos équipes.

Principales responsabilités

Le mandat consiste à créer un nouveau SharePoint afin de remplacer l'Intranet actuel. Par ses compétences en développement web, en administration système, le spécialiste SharePoint soutient les équipes dans la clarification de leurs besoins, crée et gère les sites web collaboratifs, les workflows, les listes, les groupes et d'autres fonctionnalités. La ressource devra faire preuve de compétences techniques avancées au niveau du SharePoint, avoir des habiletés de communication pour consulter les experts de l'équipe qui participeront à ces projets et tenir compte de la réalité de l'organisation. Il sera aussi force de proposition pour créer un SharePoint collaboratif.

Les tâches à réaliser par cette DI incluses :

  • Participer à l'analyse des besoins du SharePoint ;

  • Faire la conception et la mise en œuvre d'architectures d'information d'entreprise, y compris les solutions de site, les modèles de site, les types de contenu et les propriétés gérées ;

  • Élaborer et faire la mise en œuvre de stratégies de taxonomie et de gouvernance ;

  • Élaborer et implanter des modèles de sécurité et d'authentification de SharePoint en collaboration avec l'équipe de sécurité ;

  • Participer à la création et à la documentation de stratégies de migration de sites SharePoint vers SharePoint Online ;

  • Réaliser des preuves de concept de migration ;

  • Faire la gestion de la performance et de la capacité ;

  • Protéger et récupérer les données dans un environnement SharePoint Online ;

  • Créer des sites et des déploiements d'applications dans SharePoint et Azure ;

  • Toutes autres activités jugées pertinentes par le client en lien avec la gestion du réseau.

Profil recherché
  1. Posséder un minimum de huit (8) années d'expérience dans le domaine des TI en développement OU en entretien OU en évolution de systèmes, dont au moins trois (3) années à titre d'analyste-développeur SharePoint ;

  2. Au cours des cinq (5) dernières années, avoir réalisé, au moins un (1) mandat, d'une envergure d'au moins 120 jours/personne à entretenir et modifier un SharePoint.

Exigences supplémentaires :

  • Maîtriser le français écrit et parlé ;

  • Être initiées aux méthodes et aux outils de l'approche agile ;

  • Détenir un bon niveau de maîtrise des outils de la suite Office.
