This role requires advanced proficiency in asset data lifecycle tracking, document processing, and information management systems. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with crossfunctional internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant turnover of project records and asset information to Business Units. Key Responsibilities: This position delivers comprehensive Document Control and Records Turnover services throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Provide endtoend Document Control and Records Turnover services for Gas, Liquids, and Power projects, ensuring alignment with Business Unit requirements throughout all project phases. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely, complete, and compliant turnover of vendor records, in accordance with Final Vendor Data Book requirements. Process project documentation for longterm retention by auditing records and asset data, assigning appropriate metadata, and ensuring data accuracy and completeness.

Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, resolve, and prevent record and data deficiencies while independently managing multiple projects in a fastpaced environment. Proactively identify risks, resolve issues, and implement innovative solutions to support project success. Interpret and apply projectspecific business requirements, ensuring compliance with lifecycle gating methodologies and records turnover standards for submission to appropriate Business Authorities.

Provide technical expertise and leadership to project teams to support seamless records turnover and asset data validation. Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within document control teams and stakeholder groups. Leverage and integrate information management tools and applications such as SharePoint, Excel, Word, Power BI, Bluebeam, and other enterprise systems to enable effective project and records management.

Qualifications: Diploma in Information Management, Business Analysis, Records Management, Library Studies, or a related discipline, or equivalent postsecondary education combined with relevant professional experience. Minimum of five (5) years of experience working in a project environment or a related field. Demonstrated expertise in identifying, tracking, and managing asset data throughout the project lifecycle.

Strong knowledge of document control systems; experience with or developmental knowledge of SharePoint or comparable platforms. Advanced computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Microsoft Teams. Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining accuracy and accountability.

Selfmotivated, collaborative team player with a strong commitment to achieving deliverables. Exceptional analytical, interpretive, organizational, and problemsolving skills. Ability to perform effectively under high workloads, tight timelines, and highimpact conditions.

Strong prioritization skills, capable of managing multiple assignments and meeting established deadlines. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to share knowledge and mentor others.
