Position Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Microsoft/SharePoint Developer with 10+ years of hands-on experience designing, developing, modernizing, and architecting enterprise Microsoft-based solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SharePoint Online/On-Premises, Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics 365 CRM, Azure Cloud, Power BI Reporting, and custom .NET application development.
 
This role will lead the modernization, integration, and implementation of both internal business applications and external-facing customer portals, with a strong focus on Microsoft technologies and emerging AI-powered solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
Solutioning & Cloud Modernization
  • Design enterprise-scale Microsoft technology solutions leveraging Azure Cloud Services.
  • Lead modernization initiatives, migrating legacy applications to cloud-native and hybrid Azure environments.
  • Design scalable, secure, highly available, and resilient solutions aligned with Microsoft best practices and cloud governance standards.
  • Define enterprise architecture standards, reference architectures, and technical roadmaps.
  • Develop integration architectures connecting SharePoint, Dynamics 365, Azure services, third-party systems, and custom applications.
SharePoint Development 
  • Implement enterprise-level SharePoint Online and SharePoint Server solutions.
