This position is based in Mukwonago, WI, but may require periodic travel to our West Bend facility. The role requires schedule flexibility to support multiple shifts, including early start times (as early as 6:00 AM) one to two days per week.

You'llbeDISRUPTIVEthroughthesedutiesandresponsibilities:

  • Employee & HRCaseSupport:

  • Documentonsiteemployee inquiries and resolutions in the Workday Help case system to ensure accurate tracking and followup.

  • Skillfully address Help Cases within the Workday platform and over the phone line, ensuringtimelyandhigh-qualityresolutionstogeneralinquiriesregardingbenefits, payroll, time/attendance, and internal Milwaukee Tool Policies.

  • Deliverexceptionalcustomerservicetoemployeesby independently resolving inquiries withempathy, professionalism, and patience in all interactions.

  • EscalatecomplexorsensitiveissuestotheappropriateHRcontactsforresolution.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Talent policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure accurate and consistentcase resolution.

  • Supportemployeedataauditsand employee data pulls for projects as necessary.

  • Employee Onboarding

  • Createanddistributeemployeebadgesbasedontheemployee'slocationandjob.

  • Facilitateemployeenew hireorientationsessionsto presentinformationaboutTalentpolicies,benefits,andotherrelevanttopicsinaclear and accessible manner.
