Job Summary:
Datum Technologies Group is seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect with strong expertise in Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud to design scalable, high-performing Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will provide architectural leadership, conduct platform assessments, and deliver end-to-end solutions aligned with business objectives.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Conduct Salesforce health checks and org assessments, providing recommendations for design improvements, scalability, and performance optimization.
โ€ข Design and implement end-to-end Salesforce solutions with a focus on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Retail Execution, Order Management, Contract Management, and Consumer Goods Cloud capabilities.
โ€ข Establish and drive architectural governance, standards, and best practices across Salesforce implementations.
โ€ข Perform proof of concepts (POCs) and develop complex solutions using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
โ€ข Design and manage integrations between Salesforce and external enterprise systems.
โ€ข Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
Qualifications:
Required:
โ€ข 10+ years of CRM experience with deep expertise in Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud.
