AXL Advanced is seeking highly skilled industrial sewing contractors to produce sewn nylon products in a piece-rate, production-based environment.
This is not an hourly position you are paid per completed unit.
Your speed, efficiency, and quality directly determine your earnings.
This role is ideal for experienced sewers who prefer independence, flexibility, and performance-based pay.
Required Experience (Read Carefully)

WALKING FOOT INDUSTRIAL SEWING EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED

You must have hands-on experience with a walking foot industrial sewing machine capable of sewing thick materials (equivalent to a JUKI DNU-1541S with needle positioner).
Compensation
  • Piece Rate Only (Not Hourly)
  • Paid per completed and approved unit
  • Rates vary depending on product complexity
  • Higher output = higher earnings
  • No cap on production or income
Schedule & Work Structure
  • Flexible schedule (within facility operating hours Monday to Friday)
  • No micromanagement performance is measured by output and quality
Responsibilities
  • Assemble textile components into finished products using industrial sewing machines
  • Follow provided build instructions and production standards

Requirements

  • Ability to meet production expectations without supervision
  • Understanding of materials and construction methods
Preferred (Strong Plus, Not Required)
  • Experience sewing tactical gear, military nylon, or load-bearing equipment
  • Pattern making or modification experience
  • Familiarity with leather or composite materials
  • Ability to troubleshoot or tune industrial machines
  • CAD or manual pattern drafting experience
  • Background in Military, Law Enforcement, or related industries
  • Familiarity with firearms, MILSIM, airsoft, or tactical equipment
